 A proud native of Georgia, Logan earned his Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering from the University of Georgia in 2015. With a diverse career spanning various aspects of land development across the Eastern United States—including Georgia, Alabama, South Carolina, Tennessee, Ohio, and Florida—Logan has cultivated extensive expertise in managing a wide array of projects. His portfolio encompasses single-family residential developments, multifamily complexes, senior living communities, franchise retail, large-scale commercial projects, industrial facilities, and municipal and institutional initiatives.

Logan has progressively advanced from Project Engineer to Department Head, gaining invaluable insights and skills along the way. His comprehensive understanding of the industry allows him to guide projects seamlessly from initial concept through to successful construction.
